All Horizon collections product,picture, and description on the website show and describe our products as accurately as possible. All sizes and measurements given on Horizon collections website are approximate and provided for your guidance only, but we ensure and make every effort that they are as accurate as possible .However due to the way in which different web browsers interpret colour and also of the monitor screen resolution settings and the fact that much of our jewellery is handmade. colours, weights and dimensions may vary slightly from the site photographs and descriptions. Crystals and stones may be much brighter and reflect light much better than photographs can illustrate.

Delivery and shipping
Deliveries for United Kingdom normally take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive-Please also allow 2 days for order processing
An email will be send to let you know your order has been processed and despatched. Once the order is received it must be signed for at the point of delivery
All goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock then delivery may take up to 28 days and we will inform you either by phone or email. However we will provide you with an option of alternative item in the stock you wish to purchase However, In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid.
We only ship to mainland UK, all shipments to overseas will need to be arranged and a shipping charged worked out before you place an order, any orders that don't meet this criteria will not be despatched and you will be refunded the full amount you have been charged

Horizoncollections can not undertake liability for any delay or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If any items are found damaged upon receipt then Royal Mail and horizoncollections.co.uk must be informed immediately.

Returns Policy
At Horizon collections we aim to make you happy and satisfied when you purchase our products.
Our 14 day money back guarantee allows you to return your goods and receive a full refund. Postage costs are not included.However the products must be in the same condition as received at the time of delivery and all  the packaging must also be in the same condition
We encourage and recommend you to use the delivery service that insures you for the value of goods you may be returning. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us
Items, if damaged upon receipt or lost whilst in transit, Royal mail and Horizon collections must be informed immediately
Due to hygienic and health reasons, ear rings and any jewellery designed for piercing can not be accepted for return.

All payments are taken by  Protx on a secure website. Under no circumstances should your details be passed or used on to any third parties without your consent. We have a stringent policy regarding out security checks on all credit and debit card transactions. We hold  the right to refuse an order that has been placed under what we deem to be suspicious circumstances or where the details given do not match the security details held by the card issuer for that card. If we are suspicious of a transaction we may contact you to confirm your details prior to accepting the order for dispatch. If we fail to satisfy any outstanding security issues we will cancel the order and refund the card in full
